Our Tail...
This is Bourbon... our beloved Rottie, member of the family and the inspiration behind the name and logo.
I have always been dog obsessed but it was this precious pooch (and my very supportive family and partner) that motivated me to retrain as a dog groomer.
Bourbon was a rescue who was nervous, malnourished and hesitant around humans. A chance in a loving home was all he needed to transform in to this confident yet affectionate boy... just look at that majestic stance!
At the risk of sounding cheesy, it was this transformation and regain of trust that reminded me just how special dogs are and how much they deserve a high-standard of care... enter dog grooming.
Obviously, regular grooming isn't the only ingredient for a happy pooch but I do believe it is essential to their health and well-being. Don't underestimate the impact of a nail trim to put a spring back in their step or a good brush to help prevent matting and ventilate their coat.
I take pride in my work and enjoy learning about techniques to pass on to pet parents to help care and maintain your precious pooch's health between grooms.
Taking care of your pet is one way of showing them how much you and I care.
